Its D type tank enables the paper material to contact with the rotor more quickly, which can increase production capacity without increasing power and volume. D Type Hydrapulper changes the flow mode and direction of traditional pulper, the time of paper shredding can be shortened and the pulping efficiency can be improved. The main structure are shown as following:
● D Type Tank
D type tank is welded by steel plate, which has a box iron in the outside top opening used for reinforcing the tank, and has a guide plate in the inner cone bottom used for recycling the pulp backflow. A rectangle connector lies in the tank bottom, using for letting out impurities.
● Rotor Device
Rotor and pulp outlet plate are higher than hydrapulper tank surface, and form a low pressure area around rotor to collect heavy impurities. When the heavy impurities deposits on the bottom, it will be take into the slummage well or heavy impurities collection tank for the turning effect of pulp liquid . Thus, it can reduce the connection between rotor and impurities and prolong the rotor service life. Besides, it can prevent the twisted rope from twining the rotor and protect the twisted rope and rotor from wear.
● Landing Leg
The landing leg is welded by steel plate, using for supporting tank body and rotor device.
