In order to improve the quality of beating, the pulp fiber forms a cushion layer on the tooth edge and tooth, the cutting effect can be reduced and the refined fiber can be increased. Reducing the energy consumption of beating is achieved by increasing the friction between the pulp fibers during high-concentration beating and reducing the contact between the refining plate.
Different configuration for you to choose:
1. Different Tooth Shape. Defibering type and brooming type, the former is used for dissolving pulp, and the latter is used for brooming pulp fiber.
2. Different Groove Pattern. Narrow grain and shallow grooves for low beating concentration, narrow and shallow grooves are used for refining single fiber.
3. Different Tooth Structure. Isosceles trapezoid shaped structure can be used when the refining plate needs to be turned in different directions.
