Leizhan can supply advanced writing and printing paper making line for paper makers to produce high grade cultural paper. Leizhan has designed and developed a wide range of writing and printing paper making technologies and process to increase the performance of paper production machines.
The complete set of writing and printing paper production line contains two sections: pulp processing system and paper making machinery.
Writing and printing paper pulping system
1. Raw material conveying:
Chain conveyor: Mainly used for conveying various kinds of pulp board, waste paper in bulk and in bundle which can be horizontal conveyor or inclined conveyor(<30°).
2. Pulping:
Drum hydrapulper: Mainly used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency.
3. Cleaning:
High density cleaner: Mainly applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like steples, stones, glasses, etc.
Low density heavy impurity cleaner group: Mainly used for removing heavy impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles.
4. Coarse screening:
Coarse pressure screen: Advanced structure, sturdy and durable, convenient disassembly and assembly , low energy consumption, less loss of fiber.
Reject separator: Used for fiber relief and impurities separate for tailing in the coarse screen system for waste paper pulp.
5. Fine screening:
Fine pressure screen: Mainly used for fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
6. Deinking and washing:
Closed multi-stage floating cell: Mainly applied to deinking recycled pulp, it can effectively remove the ink, light impurities and stickies etc.
High speed washer: Mainly used for washing and concentrating in various domestic and overseas waste recycled pulp, chemical pulp before or after bleaching.
7. Refining:
Double disc refiner: Mainly used for pulping,improving slurry beating degree to meet the paper making needs.
Writing and printing paper making machinery
The trimmed width of Leizhan writing and printing paper manufacturing machine has a range of 1880-3750 mm, the base weight range of 40-80GSM. With the working speed range from 200 m/min to 1200 m/min, the production capacity will be 20-270 tons/day.
