Waste paper pulp Light Impurity Separator machine is a coarse screening equipment, used in the waste paper pulp production line to process the light impurities and tailings of the coarse screen. Light Impurity Separator mainly has the functions of gathering light impurities, decomposing the pulp, and collecting and removing impurities in the pulp.
The shell of the Light Impurity Separator is designed into an inverted cone with a concave-convex top structure. Using the high speed rotation of the rotor, a strong vortex is generated in the shell. Light impurities gather in the center of the vortex and are discharged from the center of the top of the shell. Heavy impurities are deposited in the sediment ditch outside the screen plate and discharged through the sediment tank. The fiber bundles and pulp masses are further disintegrated between the bottom of the rotor and the screen plate, and the good slurry is discharged from the good slurry pipe through the screen plate.
