The single-effect fiber separator is a modern equipment for disintegrating, separating and screening fibers in the paper pulping process. The pulping process equipped with the fiber separator can improve the production capacity of the existing hydrapulper and reduce the pretreatment of the raw materials, which can save 10-20% of the unit energy consumption, and can obtain high quality pulp with less fiber loss.
Configuration Instructions:
The single fiber separator mainly consists of tank body, impeller, sieve plate device, sediment tank, protective cover, electrical parts and so on.
Tank: It’s the concial shape of Tank.
Impeller: The impeller is installed on the horizontal main shaft and rotates at high speed. It has the function of cleaning the screen plate to make it smooth when the slurry is broken.
Sieve plate: The material is made of nickel or chrome stainless steel. The screen plate is equipped with a bottom knife to enhance the defibering effect and prevent fiber winding impeller. The screen hole is a stepped hole. The gap between the impeller and the bottom plate of the sieve plate is 1.5±0.5mm.
Sediment tank: There is light slag discharge outlet in the center of the machine cover. The heavy slag discharge outlet and sediment tank in the lower part. According to the accumulation of impurities, it is required to open and close the slag regularly manually.
