The Inlet and outlet pipe is normally about 1 meter higher than Barrel cover to make sure the barrel inner will be filled with water,which will avoid pump evacuating inlet air and no pulp causing the cylinder being empty. This design can also generate back pressure operation, which can adjust Pressure Screen effectively.
Inlet pipe is equipped with valve,to control inlet pulp pressure.
Inlet pipe is equipped with consistency control device, to stabilize inlet pulp concentration.
