30t/d Coated Board Paper Pulp Processing Line
Firstly, waste paper is conveyed into D type hydrapulper for pulping. Then, the pulp is conveyed into High density cleaner for pulp cleaning.
After that, it will be conveyed into Mid consistency coarse screen for pulp screening. Moreover, the pulp will be conveyed into Reject separator for tailing processing.
In addition, the pulp will be processed by mid density cleaner for further cleaning. After that, outflow pressure screen will be used for fine screening.
After fine screening, the pulp will be conveyed into Double disc refiner for improving the pulp beating degree.
Finally, the pulp will be conveyed into Inflow pressure screen before paper machine for final screening of pulp.
30t/d Coated Board Paper Making Machine
Leizhan high performance coated board paper making machine has a trimmed width range of 2400-6600mm and a basic weight range of 200-350g/m2. It can produce 200-1400 tons of coated board paper with the working speed range of 200-600m/min.
